Umma ltd provides a platform designed to help organizations improve employee retention through AI-driven insights and analytics. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including employers and their employees.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform
Permitted Use: You may use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of improving employee retention and related human resources functions.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Engaging in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s functionality.
Using the Platform to harass, harm, or discriminate against any individual or group.

 

5. Data Privacy and Security
Data Collection: We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data processed through the Platform. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that there are inherent risks in transmitting data over the internet.

 

6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Umma Ltd or its licensors.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

 

7. AI and Data Usage
AI Insights: The Platform provides AI-driven insights and recommendations to improve employee retention. These insights are based on data analytics and predictive algorithms but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Data Usage: You acknowledge that the accuracy and effectiveness of the AI insights depend on the quality and completeness of the data provided. Umma Ltd is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the AI-generated insights.

 

8. Fees and Payment
Subscription Fees: Access to certain features of the Platform may require payment of subscription fees. Fees are specified during the registration process and are subject to change with prior notice.
Payment Terms: Payment is due in advance for each subscription period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

 

9. Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at ummagrow@gmail.com. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees.
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

 

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Umma ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umma ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

 

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Umma ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the rules of an Arbitration Organization.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
